Please download the registration form, complete and return it by mail with a crossed cheque and and credit card payment slip made payable to “Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association” with Minimum Donations at Shop 118, 1/F, Fu Cheong Shopping Centre, Sham Mong Road, Shamshuipo, Kowloon on or before 4 December 2009.
Please write the participant’s / team leader’s name, or the corporation name on the check.
