《A》Challenger 23km : Aged 18 or above
《B》Explorer 17km : Aged 15 or above, Family team should be aged 12 or above
Non competition Route
《C》 Leisure 8km : Aged 6 or above, aged under 11 should be accompanied by adult
《D》School 8km：: Aged 6 or above, should be accompanied by parents/ teachers nominated by schools
*Aged under 18, parental & guardian agreement is required.
